Diesel Autumn Winter Collection at Milan Fashion Week has captivated the fashion world with its edgy street-inspired designs. Diesel, famed for its innovative denim and casual wear, wowed the audience with ultra-low-waist jeans, stylish skirts, boucle jackets, and eye-catching plastic-coated garments.
The show took place on the second day of Milan Fashion Week. The runway was set against a vibrant display of giant graffiti that stretched over 3.2 kilometres, crafted by around 7,000 artists. Models, sporting striking all-white or black contact lenses, strutted confidently among the colorful backdrops. Creative touches like human-shaped inflatables wrapped in vivid, graffiti-adorned fabrics added a playful yet powerful urban edge to the presentation.
At the helm of the collection was creative director Glenn Martens, recently recognized for his work with Maison Margiela. His vision for Diesel’s autumn-winter collection embraced a bold palette of greys, infusing the pieces with both edge and sophistication. The designs mix the raw appeal of street style with refined tailoring, offering a fresh twist on modern fashion.
Diesel, along with Maison Margiela, is part of the renowned OTB fashion conglomerate. Their shared ethos of pushing creative boundaries was evident throughout the show. Milan Fashion Week, which runs until March 3, continues to be the stage where global fashion houses unveil their most daring new collections.
